What is a small round, off white pill with 84 on one side, blank on the other side? ## Hi Mary, I see you mentioned two different pill descriptions in your title and tablet details underneath - (the first being a white pill with "r 84" and the second being an off-white pill with just "84") - So in my response I've taken both pill descriptions into consideration and sort of fused them together to come up with my proposed finding below: Is there any chance that it may have a light yellow tint? I only ask because there is a round light yellow pill imprinted with R 84. It's reportedly identified as a 1mg extended release Alprazolam tablet; prescribed for anxiety/panic disorders/depression and more. For verification, a photograph can also be viewed in the following Na...

I found a half of a white oval pill scored 84 (the left half is missing) In my teenage sons room. I'd like more info befour I ask him about it. Any help or advice please? ## With only half of the pill, so this site doesn't know the full imprint, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is. There are several possibilities, both among prescription medications and over the counter products. Just as an example: A white, oval, marked L484 is 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic, or store brand of Tylenol. It could be half of this one is the imprint is kind of shallow and not well done, since it's an over the counter product. Does anyone else have any ideas of what this could be? ## found the same thing in my pocketbook when I emptied it andU I believe it is an OTC Aceto...

I took a very tiny round off white pill with the no. 84. on it. There were absolutely NO other markings at all on this pill. I was a mess and thought it was an old generic nerve pill. Too many things caused me to do the dumbest thing, which was taking that pill. I was so sick, I desperately was ready to go to the hospital. Everything was spinning, and I couldn't even stand up. I was extremely nauseous and having dry heaves. I'm still just barely able to sit up, stay awake and/or be normal. Thanks for any help! ## @Zina, I have yet to come across any specific details that fit your pill's description. Some come close, but nothing precise. My suggestion (if you're unable to get the pill's contents analyzed by a lab) would probably be to toss it. Please excuse me if I...
