I take pills from my mom and write down the names of them, how they look the color how many milligrams, and what is stamped on them so I know which one it is. This one I couldn't find the name so I searched it up and found it. Is it Vicodin mixed with an over the counter ingredient? ## No, all tablets with the L marking followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products. This one with the L 484 marking contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is used to treat pain and fever. (NDC 49348-042 among others). What is it? ## rugby 4604 oblong white pill what is it??? thanks ## Rugby imprints were discontinued years ago, when the company was purchased by another, I think it may have been Watson, but don't quote me on that. LOL Anyway, from what I've been able to find, the one with the 4840 marking is said to have contained Cyclobenzaprine, which is a muscle relaxant, though I cannot confirm that and haven't been able to find a dosage. What is a white oblong pill with "L434" on one side and nothing on the other? ## Based on your pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 30142-0484); a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434). Upon doing so, did you get the notion at the the "7" was an upside down "L"? Or that the "4"s appeared more accurately? I'm only curious because there's a white oblong pill imprinted with "L484" that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) and it's pretty much the exact opposite of your depiction when held right-side-up. I found a bottle of oblong white pills with L 484 printed on the pills. They are in a clear bottle for traveling. I forgot to label the bottle. Could you tell me if it is acetaminophen?
