I need help identifying a small white pill. There is a stylized V on one side and the other side has a 10 above the scoreline and a 49 (I think, or it could possibly be a 48. my mom found this pill on the kitchen table. it is a very small white oval tablet one side has a 4 on it, and the other side is sectioned into fours, top-right section has a 42 in it, top-left section has a 16 in it, bottom-right section is left blank, and the bottom-left section has a √ (square root symbol) can someone please tell me what this is? ## The pill is a small, pink round pill with the number 274 on it. ## Very tiny white oval pill number 93 on one side.
