It is a white pill, that is about the same shape and size as a tylenol. It has the numbers 377 on one side and nothing on the other. I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

Suggested dose is 600 every 6-8 hours. The Advil (200mg each) are a quick release type and should not be mixed with generic longer release 600s or 800s.
