I found a pill imprinted with H 501 on one side and blank on the other its white and oblong have been unable to identify it any help is greatly appreciated :-) ## Hello, Kitty! How are you? If so, this is a Vicoprofen tablet, that contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 200mgs of Ibuprofen, it is a narcotic pain reliever.
