I would like to know what this pill is and what it's used for? My research said it was hydrocodone. Is that true? The number was almost scratched all the way off. It's bigger than a norco but looks the same besides that. I really could use your help. Thanks.

What is a white oblong pill with "L434" on one side and nothing on the other? ## Based on your pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 30142-0484); a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434). I just got my refill for Losartan with 113 on one and S on the other side, so I'm wondering if this is the right one? My pills are usually green and oval shaped. ## Anita, I can confirm that a white round pill with the imprint 113 HH is Losartan Potassium 100 mg. (NDC code 16571-502). Although I am a bit confused because in your message you are also saying that your refill contained pills with the imprint 113 S which also happens to be another brand of Losartan Potassium 100 mg (NDC code 43547-362). It is common to see the same generic drug manufactured by many different companies, thereby taking different appearances. Can you please share any other details? Which pills did in fact appear in your refill? The ones described in the title of this page, or in your message?
