Hello, I have obtained a small round white pill with grey specks with either an '11' imprint or 'II' on one side, and an arrow that looks like the Cobalt Pharmaceuticals logo on the other side. Also, I have a large-ish (panadol sized) white with grey specks oval pill with just a division mark down the middle but no imprints. Any ideas what these are? Thanks

I found a zip lock with 2 pills - larger than an asprin, very smooth almost shinny outside. The pills have light tan / reddish specks on the outside but pure white when cut in half. Are round and not flat. No markings. ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what these contain. Off hand, I can think of several nutritional supplements I've purchased that match this exact description. Having no markings rules them out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription product, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. Found a round pink tablet with white specks with the numbers 44 319 on it. Not sure if it's OTC or prescription med. It also smells like candy. What is this. ## I cannot find an exact ID for this, but I can tell you that pills marked with a 44, followed by an additional 3 numbers are all OTC products. That also explains why I cannot located it, since they are not regulated and the imprints are not logged like prescription medications. If it smells like candy, then it is probably a chewable tablet, which would suggest that it is possibly a child's dosage. Does anyone else recognize this?

The marking leads me to believe that it's an over the counter product, but there is also a chance that it could be a foreign medication. The imprint is correct it is a WATSON 775 Its white or a very light blue with blue specks. Its round as well, no lines or impressions on it either. I found a round pill with a 30 imprint on one side it is white with peach or pink specks through it. ## I'm confident the round pill you found (light peach or orange round tablet with specks and a 30 imprint on one side, nothing on the other) is a 30mg Prevacid solutab. Typically perscribed for patients with acid reflux symptoms. Can be filled by pharmacist when the black and pink capsule is unavailable, but the solutab is generally 10 times more expensive than the capsule. ## My boyfriend has a toothache and his face is swollen. I gave him these black and pink pills with n 30 on them that I got for my crohns. Do you think they will help?

White round pill about the same size of a Soma with small brown specks. No imprints or score lines. Found in a little baggy. See picture: ## With no markings, it is impossible to postiviely identify these, unless you would have them lab tested. We can be sure, though, that they aren't a US prescription medication, as they all MUST have unique imprints to enable identification. There are several items on the market that could match this, such as Senosside laxatives or even some Extasy tablets. I am sorry, I wish I could be of more help. I found this pill in my home and need to identify it quickly! It is round, white with blue specks, no imprint or scoring. Please help! ## I'm sorry, but if there are no markings on the tablet, the only way to positively identify it would be to pay to have it lab tested. It could possibly be any one, of a large number of foreign medications or over the counter products. Do you have any other information on it? This one could even be a breath mint!
