I found this pill in my son's room. it is a small round pill with a capital T on one side and 25 on the other. ## A white round pill imprinted with T 25 is identified as Tarceva (25 mg). However, I cannot locate a photo of the pill to confirm whether or not the "T" and "25" are on the same side of the tablet, so this may not be 100% accurate in that regard. It could also be a medication manufactured outside the United States, or possibly an over the counter product, but it has been difficult to verify 100%. White round fairly large tablet one side only LG 100 ## The closest match that I can find is Lamotrigine 100 mg; which has the imprint "G" on one side and "LG 100" on the other. Manufacturer: Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. It also happens to be a Six-sided tablet though, so the only thing I can think of is that they may be manufactured by the same company since they have similar markings. It might be worth a try to contact the manufacturer directly and see if it's one of their own. I just got my refill for Losartan with 113 on one and S on the other side, so I'm wondering if this is the right one? I found these pills, It is small white, round, says APO 80 on one side, and has 4 cross lines on the other side. Any ideas what they are? ## I can't be 100% certain on this, because I can't find an image to confirm the information, but from what I'm finding this is a Canadian tablet that contains 80mgs of Gliclazide, which is used to treat diabetes. found a small white tablet blank on obe side and a number 2 on the other, what is this? ## I'm pretty sure these are perphenazine 2mg, I have a small sum of the same pills, they are an antipsychotic medication used for bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia/schizo-effective disorders. Some doctors (like the i****s that prescribe seraquil for sleep) will prescribe this as a sleep aid as well..I hope this helps, I'm trying to make 100% sure they are perphenazine myself (friend gave them to me 'cause my psychiatrist "forgot" to refill me) but I'm almost positive, he takes the same as I (400mg seraquil and 2mg perphenazine). I will comment again once I'm certain that this pill is perphenazine.
