How long past the expression date are the pills still good to take? ## The pill in description contains a combination of Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Butalbital (50 mg) + Caffeine (40 mg); manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals Inc. From what I've read (according to a Harvard Medical School family health article), there is little chance of danger due to taking medications even up to 15 years beyond their expiration date. This conclusion was based upon a study conducted at the request of the US military due to stockpiles of expensive drugs they could otherwise need to replace every few years. The conclusion was that 90% of those drugs remained effective 10 to 15 years after the expiration date. I don't know whether or not the drug you have happens to be one of these drugs from the... ...

I'm not finding any listings for this in the prescription drug databases that I've checked. And being as the first post in this thread was from 2011, that leads me to suspect that it's probably an over the counter medication of some type and some of them are regional, which may help to narrow it down. There is also a small chance that it could be a fore... ...

Round White Pill With 5 Over 73
2 Replies RSS
What type of pill is this. It is round, white and has a 5 above the line and a 73 below the line. ## After trying several variations of "5 73" I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated. Did you find this pill off the street by chance? Hopefully someone else on here has some information on it.... ...

Well if this fiend was whipping around with loaded hollow points, then he very likely, based on my past tours of duty, and personal knowledge of the "the needle and the damage done", was very likely concealing more bullets.. WHAT KIND OF PILL IS THIS? SOMEBODY GAVE ME ONE FOR PAIN, SAID IT WAS A OCXY 5mg BUT IM NOT SURE IT'S A SMALL WHITE ROUND PILL WITH 233 PRINTED ON ONE SIDE AND IT HAS A SLIT DOWN THE BACK! IM CURIOUS I'VE NEVER SEEN ONE LIKE THAT ## It's not an Oxycodone tablet on the U.S. market. As a matter of fact, I can't find anything that matches this in the prescription drug databases, which makes me suspect that it is most likely just an over the counter product, though there is a small chance it could be a foreign medication.
