However yes, the pill with this marking is listed as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, which is a narcotic pain reliever. It may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. And as of this time, the FDA is working to have the amount of Acetaminophen in all such tablets lowered to only 325mgs, due the toxicity dangers. There is a yellow capsule of vicodin, and I saw no mg on it. All other Vicodin I have seen are white. Any answers? ## First off, I would like to let you know that there is no 1000mgs of Vicodin on the market. Vicodin is available in a maximum dosage of 10mgs of the Hydrocodone and 750mgs of the Acetaminophen. Second, the color means nothing, that is entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. Third, they do not have to have the dosage on the tablet, just a unique imprint to enable its identification, in case of emergency. Thus, it is the imprint that tells us what it is.
