I have found a white/cream coloured pill in my car door, need some answer from people as I dont know what it is. It has a capital 'M' with an underscore underneath it followed by the number '200'. It is round and smooth. Please help. ## This pill is difficult to ID, but I did find some information that may be of help. Another patient with this same pill has an "assumption" that it may be 200mg of Ibuprofen (Motrin), and they believe the PV could stand for 'Premier Value'. This user was based in the UK if that counts for anything, but since I can't locate a definitive match, this is all I have to go off of for now. Hopefully someone else who has this pill in their possession can help by posting a few more details on what it might be. Good luck on your ...

Brand of vitamin c ## Hi Mona, I haven't been able to find any pill with the imprint II45, could you double check that it is the correct imprint? Unfortunately, OTC medications and supplements can be very hard to locate due to the fact that the imprints are often quite vague. The closest match I've been able to find is a white round pill with the imprint IP 145. This pill contains (7.5 mg) of Hydrocodone bitartrate + (200 mg) of ibuprofen. This combination is used to treat pain and is in the drug class known as Analgesics. Manufacturer: Amneal Pharmaceuticals Are you sure that this pill contains vitamin C?

A prescription from 2008 is most probably out of date. I take this medication every day for a chronic condition and would never take a pill that old, even if I had significant pain. Call your local pharmacist for more info. ## I have been told to not take pain meds over one year old, however I was told by a pharmacist that it would be ok, however I just don't think I personally would risk taking anything more than the expiration date if more than a year old. Just my opinion.

I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. Thank you in advance for any help identifying it. ## I think that the imprint being reported is actually L484 instead of L404. Is it possible that the '8' is just worn down? If so, then the tablet in question is actually just an over the counter pain reliever containing Acetaminophen 500 mg (not a narcotic). NDC 49348-042 among others. Inactive Ingredients: - Carnauba Wax - Starch, Corn - Hypromelloses - Polyethylene Glycols - Povidones - Stearic Acid Ref: DailyMed ## I believe your pill is Acetaminophen 325mg, Dextromethorphan 15mg, Guaifenesin 200mg, phenylephrine 5mg, which are active ingredients in Cold PE Severe Congestion, an OTC combo. #...

Small oval, white pill, blank on one side, capital C on the other? ## Based on the description provided I was able to find a match to a white oval pill marked with "C"; however there is no image to go with it that confirms this. It is said to be identified as Carbaglu (200 mg); which is used in the treatment of hyperammonemia. Manufacturer: Orphan Europe National Drug Code (NDC): 52276-0312 Learn More: Carbaglu Details I hope this helps! ## What David posted is a good possibility. But this is a rather vague imprint, so it's kind of hard to be certain. I recently had a bottle of vitamin C tablets that also matched this description, so there is a chance that it may just be an over the counter product. Learn more vitamin c details here. Where did you find it?
