How many should I take at a time? I have a script for my head aches. I used to be addicted to muscle relaxers ( I don't any more and as an out come I'm now on Methadone) so I think I may have a higher tolerance and I used to take four - five T3's at a time. So if they're only 1's I'd be not thinking right just guessing but i don't want to assume and take to many... does this make sense?.. ## This tablet is listed as only containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is not going to compare to any opiate for pain relief and you can't take more than 1,000mgs at any given dosing and no more than 3,000mgs in 24 hours. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?

What is a white oblong pill with "L434" on one side and nothing on the other? ## Based on your pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 30142-0484); a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434). Is it possible that you may have mistaken the "8" for a "3"?

I founf a oblong white pill D484 on one sidevan and blank on the other side . ## Hi roxie, Any chance that the marking says L484 as opposed to D484? Reason I ask is because I did locate a white oblong pill that has L484 on one side and is blank on the other. But I've yet to see one with D484. This particular pill is identified as a 500mg Acetaminophen tab, made by Kroger Co.; and for verification the approximate size of the tablet is reported to be 16.00 mm. I hope this helps! I'll still look forward to hearing back from you if you believe it to be something different.

Was looking through my meds for Tylenol for arthritis & back pain (deteriorating spinal column) and found a vial of white oblong pills with L583 on one side. Are these Tylenol? ## I found pills meeting that description in my container of Kirkland Acetaminophen 650 mg. (Arthritis Pain relief) pills. ## From what I understand all of the imprints with "L" followed by three digits (e.g. L484, L583, etc) are indicative of various over-the-counter products; often manufactured by LNK International Inc. As far as the pill identity is concerned, it could be Acetaminophen as post #1 suggested, but I just came across a Kirkland Acetaminophen 650mg pill with a National Drug Code of 63981-544 that bears an imprint: L544 as opposed to L583. The NDC code points to a brand called "Kirkl...

white oblong pill with 4484 imprinted on it ## I am wondering about this pill too. A friend of mine found one and we don't know what it is, or whose it is ## It's Acetaminophen 500mg ## Max, you are correct only if the actual imprint on the pill is L484. Lynn or anyone else, is there any way you might have been mistaken with the original reported imprint of 4484? That number does not come up anywhere... ## 4484 white oblong is Store Brand Acetaminophen 500mg. The one I'm looking at is specifically "Kroger" store brand.

I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. Thank you in advance for any help identifying it. ## I think that the imprint being reported is actually L484 instead of L404. Is it possible that the '8' is just worn down? If so, then the tablet in question is actually just an over the counter pain reliever containing Acetaminophen 500 mg (not a narcotic). NDC 49348-042 among others.
