White oval shaped pill with v365 markings. Are these 10mg. Vicodin? I'm not sure as they are old? Any idea what they are? ## M365 is supposed to be the real marking on a white oval 5/325 generic Vicodin tablet. If there is a cursive V instead of an M, then my guess would be that the manufacturer was none other than Vintage Pharmaceutical (now known as Qualitest). But if it's an M, then the manufacturer is Mallinckrodt. Perhaps it would be a good idea to contact either one of these manufacturers directly regarding this inquiry, just to cover all angles. Also, depending on where or how you came about getting this pill, it may even be a counterfeit (if not from a licensed pharmacy)... ## The v 365 is an old version of Vicodin, it was 5 mg hydrocodone 500 mg of tylenol

I found a half white oblong pill with one side ending in the number 65 and the other side ending with the number 6 ## Hi Puma, With only half a pill the other numbers could be anyone's best guess, but I did come across a couple pills that may be suspects: The first is a white oblong pill with 6469 on one side of the pill and a V on the back. If you were to cut it in half you'd have a 6 on one half and a 64 on the other half. It contains 10mgs of Zolpidem tartrate by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. The second is also a white oblong pill with M365 on one side and scored on the back. If this pill was divided you'd have 65 on one half and maybe half of an M on the other that could in some way or another be mistaken for a number depending what sort of condition the pill is in. I have been taking Watson's m365 (10mg) for nearly a year. I've never had any adverse effects. Recently I switched pharmacies and they have ip110's instead. I'm now experiencing itching, headaches, bruising, more pain or less effectiveness and (as weird as this sounds) I pass out and sleep 3-4 hours after taking 2. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. What's the difference and how do I explain this to my pharmacy, so they understand the importance of ordering Watson? Thank you for your help with this. The pills look alike.
