oblong white what mg is it ## It is 7.5mg of hydrocodone and 650mg of acetaminophen (or tylenol). It is a fairly strong narcotic pain medication that can become addictive. It can cause nausea, vomiting (take with food), constipation, euphoria, sweating, marked drowsiness.

I am on pain pills to manage the chronic pain I experience from Fibromyalgia, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Neuropathy, and back/disc problems. We moved, so I just changed pharmacies. I get a Rx every month for hydrocodone-apap 7.5-650 (used to get 10-650's but couldn't stand the nausea, so I asked them to bump it down a bit). I used to get the pink pills that had WATSON 502 (I think it was) on them, generic for Lorcet Plus. Now I filled the same Rx at the new pharmacy and they gave me some white scored oblong tablet that says M359. It also says generic for Lorcet Plus tablet. Can anyone please tell me if there is a difference other than the manufacturer of the pills? (like, if one is better than the other). What would be the reults of ingeting 40 hydroco/apap 7.5-500tab at one time? ## Ignoring the huge amount of a very potent narcotic that the person would be taking, the amount of Acetaminophen ingested would be fatal. ## white round pill with C above score and CT below the score.
