I found a small, white (almost a pale yellowish color), oblong pill with 'M375' on one side & on the other side, there is a split that goes across the middle of the pill. The pill is oblong,has 3504 written on one side. Is this generic Vicodin? ## this pill is not generic for vicodin. the generic for vicodin are bigger than these. the pills with 58 and 93 on the other side are tramadol it is also a pain reliever. generic for vicodin are a number on one side anywhere from 353 363. the ones i've seen. ## Chris is right. I found a pill with V on one side and 35 94 on the other. Its all white. No Green/Blue Specks through it. Any ideas? ## The speckles are not a requirement. Can you please double check the imprint? ## There is a Watson with M 357 on one side and the other side is scored, it's a white oblong tablet. It is Hydrocodone 5mg/Acetaminophen 500mg. ## For being a moderator Verwon, you should know that M357 DOES exist. It is in fact NORCO 5 ml. ## The old pills say Watson on one side & M357 on the other. ## hedda1227, Verwon was going by exactly what was described. None of us is perfect.
