Print is only on one side. The other side had nothing. I can usually find what pills they are but am having no luck. Any help appreciated. ## Hi Sam, Is there any chance your pill says "S521" as opposed to 5521? Reason I ask is because I stumbled upon a white rectangular shaped pill (approx. 9mm in size) marked with S 521. This particular pill is identified as a 10mg Cetirizine hydrochloride tablet used for treating cold and allergy symptoms. If I have only been taking hydros for pain, how will the 05/52 affect me? I have taken 10mg/500 hydros but never oxy's before. Is this considered a low dose? Also take some and neuronton. Should I not mix them? Please answer as soon as possible.
