Unfortunately I haven't located an exact match, however the clues I'm finding here do lead me to believe that it falls in the realm of OTC cough, cold, pain or sleep meds, or motion sickness tablets. To find out whether this proves to be the case, I would encourage you to take the pill into your local pharmacy for more specific details as to what it might be.
