This tablet is manufactured by Solco Healthcare and they list it as containing 750mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. I found an oblong white pill, not capsule, with the numbers 277 on one side and nothing on the other side, small about 1/8th of an inch by 1/2". Is this a Tramadol? I found one like it when I bought the house and was able to use the computer to find the answer, no such luck with answers this time.

I found this pill in my living room. It has 255 printed on the right side, and what looks like an upside down 1 on the left side. The back is black. This could be a CVS or Walgreen pill, perhaps antacid?? ## The closest match I found has the same imprint, but is round and not elongated as you mentioned. Since no other results come close in the prescription drug databases, I'm thinking you are right in that this is an over-the-counter medication. I would probably consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy to have them check it out, as over-the-counter meds usually don't show up in the prescription drug databases for identification, and aren't required to show up either. Please do post back though if you are able to have it identified there in person, so others here can see what it is. Thanks!

This is a narcotic pain reliever and is only perscribed by a doctor. ## That identification is correct and to add some side effect details for future viewers... Since this contains the narcotic Oxycodone, it does carry the risk of being habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation.
