Do they still prescribe the ip112,and do they still make it? Richard ## Hello, Richard! How are you? No, this dosage is no longer available. Currently, the FDA only allows a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose and the tablet you listed contained 500mgs of it, along with the Hydrocodone. This was done to try to reduce the number of overdose deaths from Acetaminophen toxicity. The FDA classifies as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

col 116 on one side plain on the other ## Could you possibly mean the imprint code COR 116? If so then it is Acetaminophen 650 mg which is used as a pain reliever. If this is not what you have then can you please reply back with more details such as the size, shape, and color? ## Col 116,,oval,,white,,one side is plain ## At this point I am speculating that this is either an over-the-counter drug (non prescription) or a pharmaceutical product manufactured outside the United States. The reason is because this marking is not coming up with the FDA's standard drug imprints, and all U.S. based pharmaceutical products are required to have unique identification markings. Can you tell me what country you're writing in from? It might lend some more clues as to where to look... ## Probab... ...

The pill is round and white. it has 119 on it w an upside down V or triangle that has a P in the middle of the triangle. Someone told me it was methadone. but I've never seen a done look like that. ## Hi mimi, The upside down V with a P in the middle, sounds like it may be a logo from Advanced Pharma. I would suggest contacting them directly (via the link below) to inquire about the logo you're describing: advancedpharma.net/Default.aspx I recently saw another post here in the forums where someone was describing the upside down V and P and it turned out to be from that manufacturer, so I have a hunch that it's advancedpharma, but I guess we'll see. I've been taking zolpidem tartrate aka ambien for 11 years. As soon as the generic came out by Teva I noticed it does not put me to sleep at all. None of my meds have changed. Have you heard any complaints about the strength of Teva's zolpidem? ## Hello, Gi! How are you? Has there been any change? Is the marking TEVA 74? That should be the marking on their 10mg Zolpidem tablet. However, there can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to another. Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, they are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% and they don't have to measure against other generics, just the name brand. Thus, one could be slightly higher or lower in the amount of the active ingredient than another one. Though, s... ...

54 but they are broke in half. Its not smooth on the other side there is a line right threw the middle of the opposite side. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect. One thing is for sure though, and that is that the manufacturer of both of these pills starting with 54 and followed by three digits is ... ...
