The pill is oblong and white with 86 on one side and 15 on the other side. Was told it was a muscle relaxer. ## Can you please double check the marking? If I take a 7.5mg mobic with the v4212 and it doesn't help the pain then can I take ibuprofen or acetaminophen / lortab on top of it or would that be dangerous? ## Hello, Bree! How are you? Mobic is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so you really shouldn't add more of them, like the Ibuprofen, without your doctor's approval. Found a white oval pill that has a five on one side and An F in the middle on other side. What is it ## Hi Jennifer, Based on your description, the closest tablets I'm finding on the web are white and oval with an F in the middle on one side and the number 19 or 74 on the other. While they aren't identical matches, the similar imprint does lead me to believe that they may be from the same manufacturer (Aurobindo Pharma). So given this clue, I guess what I would encourage you to do is to contact this manufacturer directly in order to find out if that is one of their pills or not. I didn't see any specific details on the company's product page, but their contact page can be reached at: I hope this helps! Does anyone else recognize this as ... ...
