I found some pills in my kid's room that are white oblong tablets with 5500 on one side & nothing on the other. What is this pill? ## The marking is actually "S500" instead of "5500" (first letter S instead of number 5). As others have stated, it contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 68210-0013 among others). The white pill has a groove on one side and "P 500" on the other. It is white and round. What is it? ## Hi Chris, I found one possible ID for this pill based on the description provided. Found this white pill with the marking "AP 500". Not APO or anything else!! Please help. Again "AP" on one side and "500" on the other. Thank you. ## I'm trying to figure out the same thing only this one has AP 500 on the same side. ## What pill is AP500? I found a bottle filled with these, but no name, and can't seem to find it anywhere. ## I don't know the answer but it's most likely something over the counter, or it could also be from outside the US. Is there another number on the pill besides 500? All of the pills I see are APO 500 with another number extension after that to clarify that it is a different pill. I have a prescription that I found moving, its about 2 years old, the bottle says 10mg Oxycodone/325 mg Acetaminophen. I tried to look it up and everything just says Acetaminophen but nothing about the Oxycodone. Some insight would be great. I'm wondering if someone ripped me off and switched pills. Regardless, they went in the trash. ## Is the P 500 on one side of the pill? Or is there a P on one side and 500 on the other? Hi. I've found a round white pill with P500 imprint one one side and the other side is smooth.
