Round, white pill with 5381 DAN on it, is this Percodan? ## This is not Percodan. It is Methocarbamol 500 mg which is a muscle relaxant. (NDC 0364-0346). ## That is correct, this tablet was manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals, and they listed it as containing 500mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant that is most commonly used to treat the pain, and spasms associated with muscle strains, and sprains. NDC: 00364-0346 This tablet has been discontinued. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. a white tablet, approx. 3/32 thick and 1/2 in diameter, which has DAN stamped twice along the outside arc on one side, with a line scribed across the middle between the two stampings, and the numbers 5381 stamped across the middle of the other side. ## Am also looking for the name of the same tablet. Used for pain. It is a white circular pill with a place in middle to brake in half. On back of pill is number 5381 ## Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Methocarbamol (500 mg). NOTE: This pill also contains the marking DAN DAN on the same side as the score line. Methocarbamol is a central muscle relaxant used to treat skeletal muscle spasms. several - small round pink pill - imprint on one side only M w/ sort of an overlapping P, 10 directly underneath. 2. oblong white - Watson imprint on one side, 698/200 on the other. 3. round white pill - one side blank, other side GG over 260. 4. small yellow pill - Dan imprint on one side, 5661 on the other. 5. light pink pill - the letter C imprint on one side, 86/62 on the other. 6. round white pill - Dan/Dan imprint on one side, 5381 on the other.
