White Pill Cross On One Side Image

Bought levothyroxine 75mcg at pharmacy in Costa Rica. Packaging says made by Merck in Mexico. White pill with 75 on one side and a cross on the other. No letters but everything I read says it should have an EM with the number. Anyone know if it's ok if in merck package that says levothyroxine 75 mcg? ## Hello, Lee! How are you? I'm sorry, I've tried searching for this, but haven't found anything yet, it's difficult to positively identify pills from foreign sources. I found these pills, It is small white, round, says APO 80 on one side, and has 4 cross lines on the other side. Any ideas what they are? ## I can't be 100% certain on this, because I can't find an image to confirm the information, but from what I'm finding this is a Canadian tablet that contains 80mgs of Gliclazide, which is used to treat diabetes. Large round white pill , cross score on one side, other side scratched off. Had an asprin taste. ## With the imprint scratched off, it may be a bit difficult to find an identification. I can think of a few possibilities. Can you give me a better idea of the size? May compare it to the closest sized coin you can think of? There are some coin images here, in this article that may help. I know it can be hard to gauge the size at times, plus there are only a couple sizes of U.S. coins.

I am having intestinal or abdominal cramps/spasms so harsh they have me bent over. I am not really nauseated at all but have these pills from a few months ago given for a weak stomach. Trying to find out the name of a small white round pill with the letters APO on top and TI-4 on the bottom. The other side has two lines; one going down and the other going across. ## A white round pill with APO over TI-4 on one side and cross-scored on the back is reportedly identified as Tizanidine 4mg, used as a muscle relaxant. This white pill is very small. On one side has the number 359 and 54. the number 54 is on top of the 359.
