Is there another number on the pill besides 500? All of the pills I see are APO 500 with another number extension after that to clarify that it is a different pill. will pill 9 cm long, 3 cm thick, 5 cm wide at middle, ends are not square but have rounded corners, bottle says for severe allergies, take daily, substituted for zertec, cetirizine HCL 10mg tablet. I would like to see a picture of this pill and know it is what the bottle it is in says it is. ## I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, but I can tell you that a tablet that meets this description with this marking does contain 10mgs of Cetirizine, the active ingredient in Zyrtec. What is a white round pill with APO 018 on it? ## We have received a number of inquiries about this imprint code, but nobody was able to find a match based on both imprint code and reported color. The only lead regarding this was found from the manufacturer Apotex. On their site is listed a round Green pill with the imprint APO 018. The pill that came up is Cimetidine 200 mg, generic for Tagamet (treats acid reflux and other similar conditions). Trying to find out the name of a small white round pill with the letters APO on top and TI-4 on the bottom. However, for anyone attempting to identify a tablet, there are several with similar markings, so pay close attention to the shape, color and any other details added to the marking.
