White round fairly large tablet one side only LG 100 ## The closest match that I can find is Lamotrigine 100 mg; which has the imprint "G" on one side and "LG 100" on the other. Manufacturer: Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. It also happens to be a Six-sided tablet though, so the only thing I can think of is that they may be manufactured by the same company since they have similar markings. It might be worth a try to contact the manufacturer directly and see if it's one of their own. I found some brown and white capsules in an old first aid kit we assembled. They were in a small envelope marked "for pain". Would REALLY like to know what this is.
