I think the pill is a form of diet pill, decrease appitite or what ever type of pill, but I threw away the bottle, so I don't know what this pill is for sure! ## This is not a form of diet pill rather it is guifensin 600mg/phenylephrine 30mg. This is a generic form of Entex La and many others. It is a decongenstant/phlegm or mucus thinner. It helps one to stop coughing yet be productive in expelling the phlegm when one does cough. Look out for marked drowsiness, yet the possibility of insomnia as well, tarry stools, fainting or sweating spells.

After expiration of pill specified on bottle...what is an actual expiration of the pill itself for effectiveness? ## The date specified on the bottle. That is the longest that it can be assured that it maintains full effectiveness, since they degrade faster once exposed to the elements, such as heat, light, moisture and etc. That's why the expiration date is longer for most tablets, while they are still sealed in the original factor containers, those protect them from being exposed to those elements. Is there anything else I can help with?

white, oblong pill with L 2 imprint and scored in middle on the back. Cannot find anything on various sites ## I don't have sufficient evidence to say for sure, but the pill might be ibuprofen made by Perrigo. It's oblong and white, and the imprint can easily be mistaken for 12 or l2. The tablet is not scored as you say, but it does have a hifen (dash) in-between the "l-2". There's also an antidiarrheal tablet (by the name of Loperamide) that fits your pill description more accurately as far as being an oblong pill that is scored on the back with "L2" on the front. But this pill is very pale green as opposed to white. Any thoughts on either of these being a match? ## avid - thanks for your input. Definitely is a deep score, definitely is a capital L not an I....

I have these oblong pills with A 1 on one side and 58 on the other. What are they? ## The closest match I'm finding to your description is that of a white round pill marked with "A" over "158", with a horizontal score line in between. This particular pill is identified as Meperidine hydrochloride 50 mg; a narcotic analgesic indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. Manufacturer: Actavis US National Drug Code (NDC): 52152-0158 Does this sound like it could be a viable match? ## No I'm sorry this is an oval pill that has A 1 on one side and 58 on the other. My doctor prescribed a round white ball looking pill to stop my coughing for bronchitis. I cant remember the name of it... ## Have you tried asking your doctor, or the pharmacy that filled it? Either one of them should have a record of it. It is very difficult to even guess, because it depends on the specifics of what caused the bronchitis, so there are several different medications it could have been.

Half oblong pa 620 ## Hello, Are you saying that you only have half of the pill? If so, there is really no way to identify half of a pill since there could be other important imprints on the half that is missing. The closest match I can find based on the description you have provided is Duratuss G; which is a white oblong pill with the imprint ucb on one half, then a score (split line), and 620 on the other half. I have some of these Onax white pills scored with a 2 on the back they have four sections. Has anyone had any kick with these? I normally take Xanax 2 mg but have never had Onax. Any help would be great. Thanks!!!!!!! ## @TayTay, Understanding that these types of medications tend to affect each individual differently, I question why you don't just take one and find out for yourself if they have a "kick" or not? Another patient may not have the same medication tolerance or body chemistry as you, meaning that their response (although relevant to them) is not necessarily going to be relevant to your unique personal attributes. I suppose this is just something to keep in mind when it comes to any drug. But if you got these filled at a licensed pharmacy then it should still conta...
