46 Topics FoundI found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

white round tablet with AN 657 on it ## Could this possible be AN 627? If so then this tablet contains 50mgs of Tramadol, a generic for Ultram, this is an analgesic. I found some pills with my late father's medications. They are white ovals with 657 on them. ## There is a white pill with 657 on one side and a score mark with WATSON on the other. That's a 5 mg Buspirone. Not completely sure if that is what you have. Please check a picture here and let me know if it's a match for you.
