We found a oblong white pill with three lines on one side no letters or numbers. No idea. ## @Danny, I know most legitimate prescription and over the counter meds are required by law to have letters, numbers, and/or symbols that are indicative of the manufacturer, substance, and dosage. So based on your description, these do come across to me as being some sort of foreign or counterfeit version of a Buspar or Xanax tablet. However, without having any verifiable markings outside of the three lines, you'd probably have to have it analyzed by a lab in order to know for certain. the pill is a white pill with red caps on the ends leaving white stripe in center. TH printed on left side. others say ty hard to read. not in this case. can clearly see white TH italic print. red caps can be removed. ## Excedrin "T"ension "H"eadache ## Actually, the Excedrin Tension Headache products use ETH as their marking. That said, I can't find anything listed for this, but along the same lines, with this description and marking, I suspect it may be a generic tension headache product, or a store brand, since they would not be allowed to use the same proprietary logo. Is anyone else familiar with this product?

I picked up my prescription for bupropion HCL XL and noticed the shape and imprint is different than it's ever been. It is an oblong tablet with "I" on one side and 13 on the other. There are no score lines. I'm unable to find it through any search and want to make sure it's the correct medication. Any help is appreciated. ## It's just a change in Manufacturer. I noticed the difference too today when picking up my prescription. If you go to Cipla USA's website, they have the image and description of the updated pill. it is a tablet shaped like an original white bar zanex except this one had a very light coler to it andinstead of 4 lines it only had 3.the numbers printed in each section were s-90-3. can you please tell me if this a generect zanez? thinks very much.
