It's cold medicine. ## That it correct, this is an over the counter cold and allergy produce that contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 2mgs of Chlorpheniramine and 5mgs of Phenylephrine. My pharmacy refilled my Tylenol #4 with this round white pill imprinted "U 27". Normally it has a #4 on it, but not this time. ## Hello, Karen! How are you? Is the marking possibly U 37? The other one 44/104 is Acetominophen (Generic Tylenol). ## the V might be Vicodin. Bad stuff. ## Ok, this is my last post...I see the question was nearly 2 years ago..both pills are acetominophen...whew! ## Melody is correct, both tablets contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen, there are generics/store brands for Tylenol. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I found a large-ish round, white pill in my son's room and need help identifying it ASAP. The usual pill look-upsites havn't been helpful, nor has my local pharmacy. It has an AZ imprinted on it with the number 273 below it, and the other side is blank. It is not scored, is somewhat convex, and doesn't appear to have any sort of coating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ## I came to this site to find out what this medicine was called too. A nurse at work gave me some for my cold. I know it is a severe cold relief medicine- cough cold-sinus pain reliever. I do not know the name of it though. ## This is a cough and cold pill. We have these in our medicing cabinet at work. It's a light blue round pill that is the same size as a 30 mg roxy & it says W | C with the numbers 276 underneath those letters. On the back there is just a line through the middle. I tried it but it did not taste like oxy at all, it had some sort of sweetness to the drip, it was an unfamiliar taste so I am really curious as to what this pill is, it's driving me crazy!
