They are also 20mg Atorvastatin tablets, your pharmacy was probably a few tablets short, when filing your prescription, so they had to use a couple from a different manufacturer. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and joint/muscle aches. Is there anything else I can help with?

Oblong pill white in color nothing on the other side 4112 ## Hello, Charlie! How are you? I've been unable to find a listing for this, so far and the nature of the imprint leads me to suspect that it may be an over the counter product. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## I have the same thing. I'm trying to figure out I it's my hay-fever meds from Walgreens or some other drugstore. It has a small letter p on the inside of triangle, its an Oval shape pill with 152 and the other side blank ## Based on my research, the p inside of a triangle ^ is the logo for Advance Pharmaceutical. The triangle actually represents the "A" (without the middle line) and the "P" is for Pharmaceutical. I wasn't able to figure out which one of their products this was from looking at their website, but you can contact them directly via email at: [email protected] I knew it was Advance Pharmaceutical because images of their other pills share the same logo as you described. Hope this helps!

white, oblong pill with L 2 imprint and scored in middle on the back. Cannot find anything on various sites ## I don't have sufficient evidence to say for sure, but the pill might be ibuprofen made by Perrigo. It's oblong and white, and the imprint can easily be mistaken for 12 or l2. The tablet is not scored as you say, but it does have a hifen (dash) in-between the "l-2". There's also an antidiarrheal tablet (by the name of Loperamide) that fits your pill description more accurately as far as being an oblong pill that is scored on the back with "L2" on the front. But this pill is very pale green as opposed to white. Any thoughts on either of these being a match? ## avid - thanks for your input. Definitely is a deep score, definitely is a capital L not an I....

I have these oblong pills with A 1 on one side and 58 on the other. This particular pill is identified as Meperidine hydrochloride 50 mg; a narcotic analgesic indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. Manufacturer: Actavis US National Drug Code (NDC): 52152-0158 Does this sound like it could be a viable match? ## No I'm sorry this is an oval pill that has A 1 on one side and 58 on the other. Thanks or tying. ## I believe you are viewing upside down. Could possibly be TV 58. No, it contains Aspirin, exactly as it says. This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 325mgs of it. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I have a white bar-shaped pill with "A 2" on one side with the 3 scores. I was told it's Alprazolam 2 mg. It breaks into four parts but I'm just not sure. I'm in Australia. Please help.

After expiration of pill specified on bottle...what is an actual expiration of the pill itself for effectiveness? ## The date specified on the bottle. That is the longest that it can be assured that it maintains full effectiveness, since they degrade faster once exposed to the elements, such as heat, light, moisture and etc. That's why the expiration date is longer for most tablets, while they are still sealed in the original factor containers, those protect them from being exposed to those elements. Is there anything else I can help with?
