I found a white oval or barrel-shaped pill with G on one half of the pill and L on the other half. On the other side of the pill are some weird geometric shapes. ## I am not certain of the dosage, but our research has shown this tablet to be from Pakistan, it contains Zolpidem, which is a generic for Ambien. Was told it was buspar but can't find it in the pill identifier. ## The reason this isn't listed in the pill identifiers is due to the fact that it's an over the counter product. This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's just a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol that's used to treat pain, fever and headaches. This medication can be toxic if too much is ingested in any 24 hour period, so please do not exceed a total of 4,000mgs daily. Are there any other questions or concerns? ## I appreciate the response! HALF OF WHITE OVAL PILL WITH LSN ON IT OTHER CUT OFF BUT DOES HAVE A SCORE ON IT ## The closest possible match I could locate has the imprint LSN 20, as opposed to just LSN; but this pill is also said to be white and oval shaped. Although I can't definitively confirm the identity of this pill, the limited information that I did find says it contains 20mgs of Lisinopril, which is an ACE inhibitor that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. Has anyone else come across this tablet?

Oval white pill m538 ## I believe the marking on the tablet in question was actually M 358 and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a generic for Vicodin and is a narcotic analgesic.
