What's the difference between the white oval pill m366 and peach colored 3605 ## Hello, Wendy! How are you? They both contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, they are just manufactured by different companies. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a prescription that I found moving, its about 2 years old, the bottle says 10mg Oxycodone/325 mg Acetaminophen. I tried to look it up and everything just says Acetaminophen but nothing about the Oxycodone. Some insight would be great. I'm wondering if someone ripped me off and switched pills. Regardless, they went in the trash. ## Is the P 500 on one side of the pill? Or is there a P on one side and 500 on the other? I see where it shows Walmart brand acetaminophen 500mg with imprint P500. Usually the label on the pill bottle will give a description of the pill (i.e. imprints, scoring). This pill (P500) is definitely not percocet. Sounds like someone might have pulled the ol' switcheroo on it. ## If the imprint is P 500 it is Ciprofloxacin 500 mg (Cipro-Brand Name) Ciprof...

I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find a listing for this, either. I'm wonder if it is possibly an over the counter product, or maybe a foreign medication? Where was it found? Knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. ## If it's an oblong white pill it's Percocet 10/325. Or just a generic form of Percocet actually 10mg oxycodone with 325mg apap ## yes the pill with a333 on it is ooxycodone 10 mg hcl with 325 Tylenol yes your reply was very helpful to me I have found three different answers the same so i bel...

There was a cold medicine that was purchased for me after catching a cold. The meds taken directly as instructed on the box worked absolutely fantastic. Am attempting to find the meds again, as the cold has come around again, only have one dosage of two white oval tabs, with numbers 44-470 pressed on them. Remember the box having Mipap or Mapap printed on it. Please help, this medicine really does work very well for me. Thank you in advance for your time and efforts. ## These tablets contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 10mgs of Dextromethorphan and 5mgs of Phenylephrine. They are manufactured by LNK International and are sold as the store brands or generics in many stores, world-wide. There are other companies that make the same product, with the same ingredients, but the markings on the t...

Oval white pill m538 ## I believe the marking on the tablet in question was actually M 358 and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a generic for Vicodin and is a narcotic analgesic. This medication may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation, dry mouth and drowsiness. Learn more Vicodin details here. Another note that needs to be added here is that as of 2013, the FDA has made a request that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination prescription products to no more than 325mgs per dose. There are serious concerns about the dangers of liver damage and failure that can be associated with long-term use of high amounts, as well as the toxicity of overdose. Some manufacturers hav...

I have this white oval pill that has NC imprint and I was told it's Percocet 30mg but it kind of sound suspicious so please help ## One thing is for certain right off the bat, and that is there's no such thing as a 30mg Percocet tablet. The highest available dosage contains 10mg of Oxycodone + 325mg of Acetaminophen. I also haven't come across any specific details on a pill with that description, which makes me a little suspicious as well seeing that they lied and said it was a 30mg Percocet. If I were you I would throw the pill away and just be done with it. However a lab analysis would probably be your best bet for identifying its true contents. Does anyone else here recognize this pill as being something different? ## Nature's Cure. It's basically collagen and bio...

why are they taking the yellow norco off the shelf, and replacing it with another pill that supposedly has the ssame ingrediance.?Norco did not have the same efect as uo3.Why is the results differant if the doesage is the same? ## Hello, Danny! How are you? There can be slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to another, because they are allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984. Thus, if you were taking one that might have been slightly higher and then the new one is a little low, it may not work as well for you. However, since the difference are slight, your body may adjust in about a week or so. If you continue to have problems, you should speak to your doctor. The FDA classifies this me...

whats the differance between norco 10/325 and uo3 10/325 white oval ## Hello, Danny! How are you? There is no different, they've just been manufactured by different companies. This is very common with generics, because it creates market competition to help keep prices down. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I picked up white Norco 10/325 yesterday and it's like taking a Tylenol. I took 2 pills and still nothing. My shoulder is injured with torn rotator cuff. what is the difference between m 366 oval and white and the 10/36 tellow oval ## I know the yellow oval is commonly refereed to as a norco and that the white oval is a vicodin. Why the difference and is one more powerful when were talking about pain relief. Also if Tylenol is taken in addition to either of these pain killers is the ability to kill pain enhanced . thanks rick ## The tablet with the M 366 marking contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The tablet with the 3601 V marking contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. So, the latter is stronger, because it has more of the narcotic ingredient. I moved and got new doctors. Before I got hydo/acta 5-325 that had red spots on an white oval tab. Now they gave me 7.5 hydo/acta 7.5-325 that has only a white oval tab that doesn't seem to work near as good. I am not sure why, can you help? ## Hi Sammie, If each pill is manufactured by a different company, not only is there going to be a variation of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers), but also if the medication is in generic form, I've heard that the FDA permits generics to have a plus or minis 20% peak plasma concentration as well, compared to that of other brands/generics. If I understand that correctly, theoretically this means that a 7.5mg tab may only have 6mg that are actually active when the effects are at its peak - and a 5mg tab may also have 6mg that are active; ...

Can anyone identify this pill? It's not a capsule, it's an oval white tablet, marked 44-511 ## Hi nikki, Would there happen to be a score line down the center as well? Most pills I'm finding that start with "44" and are followed by three digits are often recognized as OTC cough and cold related medications; though, I'm not finding any specific details on one that ends in "511". 44 533 and 44 547 have also come up with similar physical descriptions. And the only one I'm seeing with 44 511 is "round" in shape and not oblong as you mentioned it to be. So if you'd be so kind, could you also double check the imprint just to be sure? Thanks! ## It's a cold medication sold over the counter: Acetaminophen 325 mg Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg Phen...

What is it? ## white oblong pill with ML4 on it nothing on other side ## Hi Jessica, I located a white capsule-shaped (oblong) pill imprinted with ML4 to be a 50mg Tramadol hydrochloride tablet, made by Macleods Pharmaceuticals. A friend has a problem with opiates. They bought these pills that are white and have p333 on them. They were told they were 10 mg narcotics, either oxys or hydros. Anyway I've never heard of them and don't want them taking something that could hurt them. ## Hello, Jen! How are you? Is the marking possibly A 333? There is a tablet that matches this description with A 333 on it that contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Oxycodone, it's a generic for Percocet. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
