This pill has the same logo marking as my Metformin on one side but this one is oval, white and has a C | 40 imprinted on the other side. ## This was most likely Citalopram 40 mg manufactured in Canada by Cobalt pharmaceuticals (which was acquired years ago). The pill was crushed and all that shows is a 66 at the end. But it is a large pill pure white. Any help would be great, I know it is not a lot to go on. I found a pill with V on one side and 22/66 on the other side. It's white and oval shaped, but i can see how similar it looks to the 500mg acetaminophen/hydrocodone tablet, BUT it is NOT vicodin!
