Is this pill similar to Zanax? ## Hello, Joe! How are you? No, they are not related and it does not treat the same issues. Zanaflex is classifies by the FDA as a muscle relaxant that's used to treat the pain associated with strains, sprains and spasms. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

white oval pill with R180 on the front with four sections on the back ## Zanaflex (4 mg) muscle relaxant. I like them to help me relax and sleep, as I suffer from insomnia. They work better than Flexeril. ## Tammy's identification is correct, this is a 4mg Tizanidine tablet, which is the generic for Zanaflex. And yes, as a muscle relaxant, it may cause drowsiness as a side effect, along with nausea, dizziness and headache. Are there any other questions? You can learn more Zanaflex details here.

What is this pill for? It's white and oval with the letters RlSO on one side and a cross on the back. ## Hi, Shortie! How are you? The markings on these are a bit hard to read, they tend to not imprint very well, but what I believe you're seeing is actually meant to be R180 and the tablet contains 4mgs of Tizanidine, which is a muscle relaxant, it's a generic for Zanaflex. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and headache. Can you please double check the people and see if that S is perhaps actually an 8? Thanks! ## What kind of a pill is riso with a cross on back of pill ## Yes it’s an "8": Rl80

Need to know what it's for ## Just wanted to know what the pill is and what it's used for. ## I've been taking Zanaflex 4mg as a spinal muscle relaxant. I just started taking the tablets with the R180 imprint and not 100% sure its the same as the circular zanaflex. Its for spinal cord injuries or multiple sclerosis ## Pill Image This pill, R 180, is Tizanidine 4mg, a generic version of the muscle relaxant Zanaflex. ## And to the original poster of this topic, this is not a pain pill, as I said it is a muscle relaxant, so if you have muscle spasms, tension, or muscle injury that is causing pain, it can help, but it is not a direct pain reliever and will not help with other pain problems. It has no analgesic qualiti...

this pill that i have is white oval with a t symbold on one side and r18d written on the other side. I was told this was vicodin 10mg..Is this true? ## R180 with a score mark on the other side is not Vicodin, nor any type of narcotic. It actually contains 4mgs of Tizainidine, a generic for Zanaflex, a muscle relaxant. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.
