Need to know what this pill is can't remember. ## This tablet has come up on our site, before and I have been double checking for it, since I saw your post, but I can't find anything listed with this marking in the U.S. prescription drug databases. white pill with double arrow on both sides ## I found two pills on the floor of a strip club last night and me and my friends were kind of curious what it was. It's shiny white with "as" on both sides. Oblong, larger in size and I believe could be hydroxycut. I looked it up on the internet with no results as to what this is. Please if you know respond soon. Thank you. I'm a med student and haven't found it in my drug book.

This pill is big white and oval. Has a slit in the middle on bothe sides, but one side has G21 on it. I found some white oblong tablets that are blank on both sides and I am trying to figure out what they are. Under current FDA law, all manufactured prescription tablets and capsules are required to have a unique imprint to enable their identification. All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. Since the word "Pain" is written on the bottle top, I can only guess that the pills are some kind of OTC pain medication like Acetaminophen, Excedrin, or Tylenol. Where did you find the pills?

If not then I don't believe anyone here is going to be able to identify the pill with such little information. The problem ultimately comes from the fact that the FDA requires all controlled medication to be identifiable through it's appearance which would include an imprint. Pretty much everything else it can be doesn't require it to have an imprint. This means that you've most likely found something along the lines of a dietary pill, mint, vitamin or a supplement. For verification, the National Drug Code is listed as 41167-3510. Finding allergy medicine at work doesn't strike me as anything of concern and seems like it could be fairly common.
