Need to know what this pill is can't remember. ## This tablet has come up on our site, before and I have been double checking for it, since I saw your post, but I can't find anything listed with this marking in the U.S. prescription drug databases. It's shiny white with "as" on both sides. Oblong, larger in size and I believe could be hydroxycut. I looked it up on the internet with no results as to what this is. Please if you know respond soon. Thank you. I'm a med student and haven't found it in my drug book.

Under current FDA law, all manufactured prescription tablets and capsules are required to have a unique imprint to enable their identification. Thus, there are 2 options for an unmarked tablet, it is either an over the counter product, or it is a foreign medication. I have discovered some white pills in my elderly mother's possession. They are small - approximately 6mm in length. They are smooth on boths sides with a Y on one side. I would like to know what these pills possibly could be. This pill is big white and oval. Has a slit in the middle on bothe sides, but one side has G21 on it. For verification, the National Drug Code is listed as 41167-3510. Finding allergy medicine at work doesn't strike me as anything of concern and seems like it could be fairly common. If not then I don't believe anyone here is going to be able to identify the pill with such little information. The problem ultimately comes from the fact that the FDA requires all controlled medication to be identifiable through it's appearance which would include an imprint. Pretty much everything else it can be doesn't require it to have an imprint. This means that you've most likely found something along the lines of a dietary pill, mint, vitamin or a supplement. Its a white pill with pink specks on it and a capital letter E on the other side. ## Based on your description, I'm finding two different white pills that have pink specs on them; but neither seem to have the correct imprint. Is there any chance that the "E" could actually be something else? Perhaps a cursive "V" or a logo of some kind? One of the pills I found is round/white, covered in pink spots (pill is almost all pink) with a bird symbol on one side and blank on the other.
