white big as ambien a score on one side...no letter or number on either side ## If there are no markings on it, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be something available over the counter or even a foreign medication. Where was it found? ## In a hotel room under the dresser and i also found a few behind the bed. I felt as if it were crack or coke since it has no smell. My other guess was it may be a type of poison for roaches but i've never seen something in this form for that very thick circle shaped pill, chalky like, smooth, no markings, no lines and no numbers on either side. Please help me figure thi...

White oval pill with the letters PY on one side and the numbers 58 on the other side. ## Hello, David! How are you? Is the marking possibly TV 58? If so, the tablet is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I have a white, oval shaped pill. It has the letters "a" and "p" in lowercase on one side. On the other side, there are 4 intertwined circles with no other markings or numbers, but it did come in one of those foil packets. I would greatly appreciate the help!

I'm assuming it's a logo, but I'm trying to get a better idea of where to look. If there are no other letters or numbers, then my best guess is that it's likely an over the counter product. I cannot identify this pill. Most have numbers when I look up the description. The 2 letters also have an imprinted oval around them. ## I haven't come across any close matches in particular, but if it's a "W W" I'm thinking it could possibly stand for West-Ward Pharmaceuticals. Apotex Corp. also has a strange logo that looks like it might be easily confused for two M's, depending on how you look at it. But these pills tend to have other numbers on them as well. I would consider contacting West-Ward Pharma, just to see if it happens to be one of their own products: west-ward.com/contact.php I hope this helps in any way! ## It might be isosorbide dinitrate oral (Isordil).

I have a white oval pill that was found on the floor and it had been stepped on. I can make out a 4 but can't make out the remaining number or letters. The backside is blank ## Unfortunately, based on my research there are a wide variety white oval pills that start with the number 4. So finding a match with a partial imprint can be a very tedious process. Do you know how many letters or digits are following that number, even if you can't necessarily make out what each individual marking is? If you have any other details what so ever, it may be just enough to narrow down my search to a few possibilities out of the swarm of results I'm finding. ## I found a white oval pill with the end numbers is 04 and blank on the other can someone help me identify the pill

I found a pill in my car that I believe belongs to my daughter. It is an oval pill, bilayer, white with red specks on one side and pink with a raised dot pattern on the other. Can anyone identify this pill for me? ## @WorriedMom, Interestingly enough, the only thing I'm seeing that even remotely resembles this on the internet, is a "V 35 91" generic Vicodin tablet made by Qualitest (which is white with red specs). However, without the typical numbers/letters you find on most pharmaceutical tablets, it makes me wonder if what you found is something not of the US, illicit, or some type of OTC/dietary supplement. If you can provide any other clues from your daughter, there's a chance we can narrow this down to something more specific. Have you asked your daughter what she ...

Just trying to find out what medicine this is. I just moved into my new home and found a bottle of them. there are no labels on the bottle no numbers or letters it's scored on one side only. ## Hi, Blondie! How are you? If there are no markings on them, then it is most likely going to be difficult to determine what they contain with any certainty. We can rule them out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, so that means they are probably something that's available over the counter, but that leaves it open to many possibilities. The best suggestion I can make is to just dispose of them properly. However, I will keep looking and post back when I find some information on them. ## Found pill - white round wit...

I recently had a baby and was prescribed Hydrocodone 500 MG. When I looked at the pills in the bottle yesterday there are 2 different pills in there. One being Hydrocodone and the other is unidentified so I am looking to get some help to prevent hurting my breast feeding baby! The pill is white, oval, and stamped with the letter and numbers E145 (the E being a little slanted). Thanks for any help that you may have!! ## E 145 is Nabumetone (500 mg), an anti-inflammatory. ## They Hydrocodone you were prescribed is not the 500mg in that tablet, the 500mg would be the Acetaminophen that is coupled with it as a buffer, Hydrocodone is not available in a dose any higher than 10mgs. As to the other pills, yes, James identification is correct. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammtory. It appears so...
