White Oval Pill With Marking O Z

I take Lipitor (now Atorvastatin generic) and Atenelol on a daily basis. I always take pills out of PX. bottles and put into special container away from children. As there are many generics around, I have mixed up my pills and I now have a white oval shaped (almost flat) pill and I do not know for which it is a substitute. Silly I know but if anyone one knows of a substititute for either of these drugs that comes as described above without any markings whatever, please let me know. ## It's not a prescription tablet, all such tablets dispensed in the U.S. have to have imprints to enable their identification. found a small oval eye shape pill with marking 519 ## I located a similar pill marked with 54 519. It is a white oblong (eye shaped) pill. If this is your pill then you have Triazolam (0.125 mg). Oval white pill m538 ## I believe the marking on the tablet in question was actually M 358 and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a generic for Vicodin and is a narcotic analgesic. This medication may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation, dry mouth and drowsiness. Learn more Vicodin details here. I do not know what this pill is... It's white and shaped like an oval with 632 on one side and 375 on the other. Please help. ## Hello, Shells! How are you? I think the marking you are looking at is actually G32 375, it is manufactured by Glenmarks Generics and they list it as containing 375mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal ant-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. The FDA lists its side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? found lg oval white pill V on one side and 1 4 on the other side ## Hi pattie, Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match for this pill in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related information on google. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated. Did you obtain this pill off the street by chance?

I'm trying to identify a medium size pill that is deeply scored on one side down the middle & the other side has P5. white oval pill with 500 on one side, not quite as large as lortab 10 ## Are there any other markings on the pill? I located many white oblong pills with 500 on one side, but they also have logo's or a number, or a letter on the other side. I got a prescription from a mom & pop pharmacy that I always get from but they always give me different pills each time. This time they gave me something and I looked it up on the internet but I cant find it anywhere. There closed all weekend and I'm allergic to a lot of medicines.
