The pill has c14 on one side and then just a notch on the other side with no numbers or letters. Pill is white and oval. can't find the bottle but I remember it said hydro or something on the bottle. One side reads '4', and the other side reads 'ON' or 'NO' depending on how you look at it - they are not scored ## This sounds like generic zofran 4 mgs. - used for nausea post surgery or during Chemo. found lg oval white pill V on one side and 1 4 on the other side ## Hi pattie, Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match for this pill in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related information on google. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated. Did you obtain this pill off the street by chance?

I think the marking you are looking at is actually G32 375, it is manufactured by Glenmarks Generics and they list it as containing 375mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal ant-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling.
