Oval white pill m538 ## I believe the marking on the tablet in question was actually M 358 and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a generic for Vicodin and is a narcotic analgesic. Was told it was buspar but can't find it in the pill identifier. ## The reason this isn't listed in the pill identifiers is due to the fact that it's an over the counter product. This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it's just a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol that's used to treat pain, fever and headaches. This medication can be toxic if too much is ingested in any 24 hour period, so please do not exceed a total of 4,000mgs daily. Are there any other questions or concerns? ## I appreciate the response! found a small oval eye shape pill with marking 519 ## I located a similar pill marked with 54 519. It is a white oblong (eye shaped) pill. If this is your pill then you have Triazolam (0.125 mg). found lg oval white pill V on one side and 1 4 on the other side ## Hi pattie, Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match for this pill in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related information on google. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated. Did you obtain this pill off the street by chance?

I found a white oval or barrel-shaped pill with G on one half of the pill and L on the other half.
