Ambien 10 Mg sweet taste???

I recently filled my ambien prescription from the Internet. white oval pills with amb 10 on one side and 5421 on the other. The pills have a sweet taste however, not the usual bitter taste of zolpidem and I don't really feel any effects. I am worried they are not good. Can anyone help? ## Those are the markings for a legitimate 10mg Ambien tablet. I can't remember which one of my meds is the Lortab and which is the Hydrocodone. One is an oval blue pill that says Watson 540 and the other is white and says M363. Can anyone help me? ## Hi Kim. The blue pill (Watson 540) is lortab, and the white one with M363 is 10mg of hydrocodone. Both pills are essentially the same. They both contain 10mg of generic hydrocodone and 500mg of acetaminaphin (tylenol). I hope this helps you! ## The M363 is 10mg hydrocodone with 500 mg acetaminaphine. It is manufactured by the company Mallinckrodt. I was getting this at Wal-Mart pharmacy. Maybe its just pscychological but it seemed to me the Watson generic worked much better.
