The pill is white, oval shaped, kind of fat and there are no other imprints on it. Just 149 in blue. ## Hello Suzi, When you say oval shaped is it an oval or a capsule shaped pill? I ask because you say the 149 is in blue which leads me to believe that the pill is actually a capsule with blue writing. I would need this information so that I can get a solid match for your pill, so far all I've been able to find is a blue circular tablet with 149 imprinted in it and I doubt that is what you're describing. Just let me know.

Small oval, white pill, blank on one side, capital C on the other? ## Based on the description provided I was able to find a match to a white oval pill marked with "C"; however there is no image to go with it that confirms this. It is said to be identified as Carbaglu (200 mg); which is used in the treatment of hyperammonemia. Manufacturer: Orphan Europe National Drug Code (NDC): 52276-0312 Learn More: Carbaglu Details I hope this helps! ## What David posted is a good possibility. This pill was in my bottle of metformin from the pharmacists.i only noticed because it was just a bit smaller than the metformin. What is it? ## I actually came across a half white and half pink oblong shaped pill imprinted "E648" that is identified as Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25 mg. You didn't mention pink being part of the color, but it's the only match that comes up under that description. Manufacturer: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 00185-0648 I'd probably suggest taking it over to your local pharmacy to have them check it out if this doesn't sound like it fits the bill. Does anyone else recognize this tablet without the pink color?
