If you have any other questions or concerns, please post back and I will be happy to assist you. ## HI I was at 250mg of delayed release twice a day and I began running out of pills- my doctor was unwilling/unable to see me before my scheduled appointment so I started taking just one a day to make it last and then 3-4 days with none at all- I definitely felt the effect in my moods. I went into the doctor yesterday and he upped my dosage to 500mg twice a day - should i cut the pills in half and take 250 for a week or two before upping to 500? Or should...
