Which pill is stronger? M363 or m362? BC the both contain the same amount of hydrocodone but one has 160mg of acetaminophen? But that's in ibuprofen and ibuprofen doesn't ever help me with pain?? ## Neither tablet contains Ibuprofen. M 362 contains 10 mgs Hydrocodone/660 mgs Acetaminophen. M363 Tablet ## Hi, you are talking about 2 different pills here: M362 is equivalent to Vicodin HP and contains Acetaminophen 660 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg. M363 is equivalent to a Lortab and contains Acetaminophen 500 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg. Your pill contains Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 5mgs, it is a generic for Vicodin and once again, no Propoxyyphene, that is only available in Darvocet N and its equivelent generics. ## White oblong tabs have been consolidated in one bottle.
