Anyone know what it is? Thinking a drug of some kind. Found in kids room with cellophane of 'k-pins' .?

What are they 4 worried about my family.. they are being taken with crowds 40 mg tab. If these taken with valacyclovir 500 mg tab. Or valtrex 500mg tabs. Are these pills one for herpies and other antidepressent? If so what if in side effects could occur raising them together? Please let me know.
