This bottle is labeled as trimethoprim, but is a different shape (round instead of oval) than my last prescription ## Once a medication is available for generic production, it can be made by many different companies and there are no regulations regarding how it looks, shape, size or color. This tablet does contain 100mgs of Trimethoprim, an antibiotic. Common side effects may include: nausea, skin rash, dizziness and diarrhea. I have an oval/oblong white pill with the number 44-175 on it and would like to be sure that it is Acetaminophen.
