Found a white oval pill that has a five on one side and An F in the middle on other side. What is it ## Hi Jennifer, Based on your description, the closest tablets I'm finding on the web are white and oval with an F in the middle on one side and the number 19 or 74 on the other. While they aren't identical matches, the similar imprint does lead me to believe that they may be from the same manufacturer (Aurobindo Pharma). So given this clue, I guess what I would encourage you to do is to contact this manufacturer directly in order to find out if that is one of their pills or not. I didn't see any specific details on the company's product page, but their contact page can be reached at: aurobindo.com/contact-us/reach-us I hope this helps! Does anyone else recognize this as ...

They are in my stool and I don't think they are being absorbed, cut them in half, now appear as almost round. Can I crush , should I stop taking them and take something else. I have generally diarehha and they float to the top, have taken them out to exam. they expand and take on the color of the stool, when I cut them in half they are soft and white inside the color. Are not visable when my stool is normal but it usually is not. ## No, that is how they are supposed to work. Not all pill components are always supposed to be broken down and absorbed by your body, it is normal for some elements, even if it looks like the entire pill, to be expelled in your waste. You are still receiving the medication. This is actually covered in the patient monograph warnings, it tells you that you m...

I have half a pill, I know Ive taken the other half in the past but don't remember what it is. What I can see (now keep in mind its only half a pill) R on one side and 3 on the other, Not sure of what else would have been written on the pill... Any ideas? ## I'm finding way too many different variations of numbers and possibilities when I research white oval pills, with an R on one side and a 3 on the other. Do you know whether or not the pill has a score line, or even perhaps some measurements (in millimeters) of the half pill, to help get a better idea of its actual size in relation to other white oval pills? A few of the imprints I came across for white oval pills are: RDY 293 RX 713 RUGBY 39 14 R 316 I hope this helps! Does anyone else have an idea of what this could be?

I was on carvedilol 25 mg and recently my doctor changed my dose to 12.5 mg. Can I split my 25 to take my 12.5? ## Yes, you can split the remaining tablets, as long as they aren't time released and your pharmacist hasn't otherwise said that you shouldn't do so. I was on it for awhile and had to cut mine, all the time. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with?
