I'm trying to identify a medium size pill that is deeply scored on one side down the middle & the other side has P5. Is it possibly a muscle relaxer or steroid or blood pressure pill? ## I located a white oval pill with P5 on one side and on the other side is a deep score line down the middle like you said. This particular pill is reportedly identified as Hydrocortisone 5mg... is it carvedilol i like to make sure before i take it it do not look like the pills i take ## Is that the completely marking on the tablet? There are some Carvedilol similar to this, such as with the numbers 242 on them and others in a different dosage with 245, but I'm not finding anything with just a 256. DId they come from your pharmacy?
