One being Hydrocodone and the other is unidentified so I am looking to get some help to prevent hurting my breast feeding baby! The pill is white, oval, and stamped with the letter and numbers E145 (the E being a little slanted). Thanks for any help that you may have!! ## E 145 is Nabumetone (500 mg), an anti-inflammatory. ## They Hydrocodone you were prescribed is not the 500mg in that tablet, the 500mg would be the Acetaminophen that is coupled with it as a buffer, Hydrocodone is not available in a dose any higher than 10mgs. It is Ibuprofen 600 mg. I just got a prescription for it, My wisdom teeth were taken out. They are Pointless if you ask me, They don't help allot with the pain... but they do help with swelling i guess.. ## Well, what you have to understand is that Ibuprofen is just a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, it is not a narcotic, so while it helps with pain, its effects are limited.
