Which pill is stronger? M363 or m362? BC the both contain the same amount of hydrocodone but one has 160mg of acetaminophen? But that's in ibuprofen and ibuprofen doesn't ever help me with pain?? ## Neither tablet contains Ibuprofen. M 362 contains 10 mgs Hydrocodone/660 mgs Acetaminophen. It is Ibuprofen 600 mg. I just got a prescription for it, My wisdom teeth were taken out. They are Pointless if you ask me, They don't help allot with the pain... but they do help with swelling i guess.. ## Well, what you have to understand is that Ibuprofen is just a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, it is not a narcotic, so while it helps with pain, its effects are limited. This is the same medication that is found in a lower dose, over the counter in Advil and Motrin. What are they? ## The closest match I'm finding to your description is that of a white round pill marked with "A" over "158", with a horizontal score line in between.
